SUBMISSIONS

The Toledo Law Review solicits year-round for quality articles.

The Toledo Law Review receives hundreds of requests for consideration of publication. However, the Toledo Law Review only accepts a small number of submissions each year.

​

As such, the Toledo Law Review encourages scholars, practitioners, professors, and others to submit an abstract, final draft, and CV to the Toledo Law Review staff early to allow the journal to make an informed decision.

The Toledo Law Review encourages authors to submit their pieces to lawreview@utoledo.edu or Scholastica for consideration.

Note: The Toledo Law Review does not publish student authors from other institutions
